Memories of this precious purse always tucked in my sweet Mom Schneider’s apron pocket are priceless ones. Being an expert seamstress, she made all of our school clothes. Allowing me to choose fabrics and patterns from the local 5 & 10 store was a fascination even at 8 years old. Giving me permission to be the “Butterfly” that I was then, and still am today, was the greatest gift anyone could have given me.
