We want you to LOVE your purchase! If you decide an item isn't loved, we will GLADLY accept returns of apparel & accessories that are unworn, unwashed, no funny smells, tags still attached and in the original packaging (It's ok if the bag is ripped, just include it in the return. We know you were excited to get your package!) We will gladly EXCHANGE your item or issue STORE CREDIT to use on another shopping trip. Absolutely NO CASH, DEBIT or CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. We will settle up with you for the difference on an exchange and ship it back out to you for free! Sadly, we can't reimburse for shipping back to us at this time.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Jewelry, Gifts, Bralettes, Panties and Shapewear
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no refund or only partial refunds are granted. These include: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Exchanges:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be emailed to you within 7 days of your return being processed.
Sale items are Non-Returnable:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged, as they are FINAL SALE. We are a small business and although we want to do everything we can to make sure you are happy, we can't return sale items. We have discounted sale items to move them from inventory.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, store credit will be emailed to you.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We have NO CONTROL over shipping companies.
